Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of patients with complex medical conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care plans as necessary

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

• Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with a diverse population of patients and families
