As a Dietary Manager - Food Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring the highest quality of food service to our residents. Your Dietary Manager expertise will be instrumental in developing menus, managing budgets, and supervising a team of culinary staff. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation

• Manage the dietary department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste

• Supervise a team of dietary staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellence in food service delivery

• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines related to food safety and quality

• Collaborate with the administration and other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery

• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality, presentation, and timeliness

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare food service management

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Current Food Handler's Certification

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
