Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

• Support residents and their families with compassion, respect, and professionalism.

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

• CPR certification.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• A caring attitude and commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
