Home Health Aide (HHA) – PRN

Artis Care Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will safely escort residents to medical appointments, including dialysis and clinic visits, while providing support and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Escort residents to and from medical appointments.

• Monitor resident safety during transportation and outings.

• Assist residents in preparing for appointments.

• Report incidents or concerns promptly to nursing leadership.

• Represent the facility professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a flexible PRN schedule.
