As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for our residents

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services
