PART-TIME MEMORY CARE ASSISTANT

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living with memory loss? Langdon Place of Nashua is seeking a compassionate, patient, and energetic Full Time and Part-Time Memory Care Assistant to join our dedicated team.

In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life through meaningful interactions and activities.

Compensation: $17-$20 based on experience. Being an LNA is Plus

Schedule:

• Full Time and Part-Time

• Opportunity for additional hours

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities and engagement

• Leading and participating in therapeutic and recreational activities

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Encouraging resident independence while ensuring safety

• Assisting with meal service and hydration as needed

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition or behavior

• Supporting residents with memory impairment using person-centered care approaches

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Working collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• LNA License is a plus

• Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, healthcare preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dementia care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
