Clementine Home Care Looking for CNAs or Caregivers in Villanova

Clementine Home Care is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Caregiver to work in Villanova, PA.

What You Will Do:

·         Work weekdays 9AM-3PM

·         Provide personal care to the client and assist in common daily activities such as preparing meals/cooking, assisting with hygiene (showering), dressing, laundry, etc.

We Offer:

·         Competitive wages - $19 - 20/ hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

·         Mileage compensation (currently 72.5 cents per mile) between cases

·         Holiday incentive pay

·         Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

·         Free uniforms provided

Requirements: 

·         Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

·         CPR certification

·         Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Prolonged periods of standing and walking

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
