About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living

• Assisting with feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting residents

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to established policies and procedures

• Documenting patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and dignified care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education and training programs

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team

    Compensation and Schedule:

    • Pay Range: $18.50-$22.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-License experience
    • Shift Differentials: +$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
    • Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm), Night (11:00pm-7:00AM)
    • Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
    • Weekend Availability: Required
    • Sign-On Bonus: $2500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNA's
