About the Role

As a Laundry Aide at Avista Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and sorting soiled linens and laundry items

• Operating industrial washing machines and dryers

• Folding and ironing laundry items as needed

• Maintaining a clean and organized laundry area

• Assisting with other laundry-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Basic understanding of laundry procedures and practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
