As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA therapy plans with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and skills training with clients aged 2-18

• Collecting and recording data on client progress

• Collaborating with BCBA's and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans

• Providing support to clients and their families to promote carryover of skills in natural environments

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, human services)

• RBT certification
