Located in the heart of The Allegheny National Forest, we have been serving the Warren community for over 40 years, providing an active resident experience and quality care in a home-like environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Baylor (RN), you will play a vital role in our evening shift team, providing exceptional patient care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to ensure prompt interventions

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing education and support to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preffered

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
