Position: Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor
Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends | All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $45.00–$53.00 per hour

Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong nursing professional with supervisory experience who is committed to delivering exceptional resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during assigned weekend shifts.

• Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing on clinical and operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.

• Conduct resident rounds and monitor staff performance and quality of care.

• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments.

• Assist with care planning, discharge planning, admissions, and resident transitions.

• Coordinate staffing assignments and help maintain appropriate nursing coverage.

• Respond to clinical concerns, emergencies, and changes in resident conditions.

• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Participate in audits, surveys, regulatory inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide staff coaching, education, and performance guidance as needed.

• Perform direct resident care when necessary.

• Support additional nursing and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current, active New Jersey RN or LPN license.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation.

• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience preferred.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
