Schedule: Full Time | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: $109,000 per year

Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a skilled nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and developing nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing leadership with daily clinical operations and ensure quality resident care

• Supervise nursing staff and promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support effective shift operations

• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident care and staff performance

• Monitor medication administration and treatment procedures for accuracy and compliance

• Participate in regulatory surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

• Support care planning, resident assessments, and discharge coordination

• Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace environment

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new residents and families

• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support as needed

• Assist with staff evaluations and performance improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York

• Minimum 3 years of nursing home experience required

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards

• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
