Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment for students

• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures

• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and dispatch

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical

• CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements preferred—but paid training is available for qualified candidates

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
