Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do as a Caregiver

As a member of our caregiving team, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Providing medication reminders

• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

• Following individualized care plans to provide quality care

• Arriving on time and consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate, caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others

• Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing consistent care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation to and from client assignments

• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

• Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred
