Incentives & Compensation: 

• $5,000 Sign on Bonus for AM shift Full-Time (Part-Time eligible for half)

• $7,500 Sign on Bonus for PM shift Full-Time (Part-Time eligible for half)

• $10,000 Sign on Bonus for NOC shift Full-Time (Part-Time eligible for half)

• Shift Differential for PM and NOC shift

Key Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistants provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Duties include, but are not limited to changing linen, transferring, transporting, feeding and grooming patients.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing

• Great customer service skills

• Passion to work with the aging population

• Great communications skills  

• Able to work rotating weekends and holidays
