Part-Time Opportunity at Inglemoor Rehabilitation and Care Center

Inglemoor Rehabilitation and Care Center, a 5-Star facility located in Livingston, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry to join our team. As a Housekeeping/Laundry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare rooms for new admissions by ensuring they are clean and in order, and all equipment is functioning properly

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, and other work areas

• Replenish bathroom supplies and dust furniture and equipment

• Perform laundry duties of high quality to ensure linens and personal laundry are hygienically clean

• Distribute clean linens to appropriate departments and maintain established par levels for the care center

• Attend all in-services as required by the NJ DOHSS

• Perform other duties as assigned to help assure patient/resident quality of care and quality of life

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to interact tactfully with elderly residents and their families

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
