Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
