Nurse Aide - Aspire Senior Living Joplin

12hrs. +Rotating Weekends.

Full-Time Day (6am-6pm). Full-Time Night (+Rotating Weekends)

Pay Rate: $15hr

*Become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level - Pay Rate Increases + Up to $4hr Shift Differential available!

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Joplin is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Nurse Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

Nurse Aide Requirements:

• Experience working in a long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred
