We are hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN on the following shifts:

• Days (7am-7pm)

• Nights (7pm-7am)
  

About the Role:

We're seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our passion for patient-centered care and is committed to providing exceptional service. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuum of care. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
