About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist our healthcare team in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team

• Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries and harm

• Participate in resident assessments and care plan updates

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
