Requirements of the Director of Nursing:

• Must have Massachusetts RN license

• Must have previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing in long term care

• Must have nursing home experience

• Must have strong clinical background and knowledge

• Proven Leadership & Management skills

• Strong verbal & written communication skills
