Home Health Aide (HHA)

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Caregiver to assist a female client in Northeast Philadelphia (19136). Our goal is to improve our client's quality of life through empathetic, attentive hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Personal Care & Hygiene: Assist with showering, hair shampooing, dentures, and dressing.

• Incontinence & Toileting Care: Provide prompt bathroom reminders and incontinence care.

• Mobility & Transfers: Assist with balance, walking, and safe transfers using a wheelchair and cane.

• Meal Preparation: Prepare custom home-cooked meals based on client preferences.

• Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders for self-administered medications.

• Light Housekeeping & Laundry: Clean kitchen and bathroom, sweep/mop, take out trash, wash, dry, and fold clothes/linens, and keep living space tidy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience working with clients with mobility limitations.

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
