This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on healthcare experience while completing an LNA training course with the support of an experienced clinical team.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $19.00/hour as a Patient Care Assistant

• Increase to $21.00/hour upon successful completion of the LNA course and obtaining your LNA license

• Paid full-time employment while working toward your LNA license

As a PCA, You Will

• Assist residents with daily activities

• Provide compassionate personal care

• Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional resident care

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Learn the skills and responsibilities needed to become a successful Licensed Nursing Assistant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
