Job Summary

Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency, is seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized care to seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

Requirements

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience*

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
