At Care Connect at Home, we provide compassionate, personalized home care services that help seniors and those in need live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home. As a trusted partner in their care, we're seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our clients.

Job Summary:

As an HHA or CNA with Care Connect at Home, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We're looking for experienced caregivers who can provide personalized care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Indian River counties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Follow personalized care plans

• Report any changes in condition to our team

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience*

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
