Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Care Connect at Home. As an HHA/CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal prep and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying
• Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in condition to our team
• Utilize Hoyer lifts and other equipment to facilitate client care

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience*
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
