Caregiver – Multi-Client Position

Location: Longmont, Colorado Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible Hours, 35–40 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care and support to multiple clients in Longmont, Colorado. This full-time, multi-client role involves visiting up to three clients per day, delivering high-quality, personalized care across each visit. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and comfortable managing a varied daily schedule.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week

• Flexible hours based on client needs

• Up to 3 client visits per day, all located in Longmont

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces)

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities

• Run errands for clients (grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, appointments)

• Transport clients as needed using personal vehicle

• Monitor and report changes in each client's health, mood, or well-being

• Maintain accurate care notes for each client visit

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle required for transportation between clients and running errands

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Prior caregiving experience preferred

• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple client visits per day

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

• Ability to follow individualized care plans for each client

• Background check required

• References from previous caregiving positions preferred
