Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

• Contribute to a culture of resident-centered care
