Recruitment Department Supervisor (OL56)

We are seeking a Department Supervisor – Recruitment to oversee the daily operations of our Application Processing and Onboarding Department. This role is responsible for ensuring applications are reviewed accurately and efficiently, supporting team performance, maintaining compliance, and creating a seamless hiring experience for new candidates joining CareSphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the application review and verification process for new hires.

• Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and support team members responsible for applicant processing and onboarding.

• Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.

• Monitor department KPIs, productivity, and workflow performance.

• Identify process improvements and help drive operational efficiency.

• Track follow-ups, open items, and onboarding progress.

• Collaborate with department leadership on growth initiatives and team performance goals.

Must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in a home health, or a related healthcare setting a plus.
