Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team, reporting directly to the Director Of Operations. As the right-hand individual, you will play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
Data Detective: You will analyze and interpret complex reports — billing, productivity, and performance data — identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize our operations.
Team Accountability Partner: You will work closely with our care managers to ensure they are meeting documentation, billing, and productivity standards, and that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
HR Problem-Solver: You will handle HR-related tasks, including attendance tracking, performance documentation, and onboarding support.
HR Partner: You will be a point of contact for HR-related matters and help ensure our policies and procedures are followed consistently across the team.
Requirements
Tech-Savvy: You should be comfortable working with new software and systems and have a strong analytical mindset.
Problem-Solver: You should be able to identify root causes and develop solutions, and be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Detail-Oriented: You should be someone who catches what others miss and takes pride in getting the details right.
Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to work effectively with our care managers and other team members, and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Bonus Points For
Healthcare operations, medical billing, or care management experience (CCM/BHI/RPM/CoCM)
EHR or practice management software experience
Prior HR or team-lead experience
