Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring patient responses

• Observe and report changes in clients' physical and emotional well-being to ensure timely interventions and care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, care plans, and treatment outcomes

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
