As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our mission to enable residents of Atlanta to age in place with dignity and comfort. Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and homemaking tasks

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and adapt care plans accordingly

• Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring

• Collaborate with other caregivers and management staff to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available for on-call duty as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with seniors, families, and other caregivers

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
