CNA Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

• Respect and protect resident rights, dignity, and privacy

• Assist nursing staff with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Assist nurses with treatments and resident examinations as directed

• Support restorative and rehabilitation care under appropriate supervision

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control practices

• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality

• Collaborate effectively with the nursing team and other facility staff

• Perform other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications

• Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions

• Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and team members

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to resident care

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
