Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers

• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication charts

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
