Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on AM and NOC shifts, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting all care and treatment provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care
