Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with diverse needs and conditions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatments, and medications
• Participate in infection control and safety measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
