Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Chiropractors (DCs) to provide individualized, evidence-based chiropractic care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.

• Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, joint mobility, range of motion, and functional limitations.

• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, decrease pain, and enhance overall function.

• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and caregivers on posture, body mechanics, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention.

• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) License (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic, or Private Practice preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting

• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation

• Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation

Position Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

• Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience)

Schedule

• Choose your own hours

• Monday through Friday

• Day and evening shifts available

• Weekend availability optional

Cases are assigned based on your preferred coverage area.
