Dietary Aide

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and dependable Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a safe and welcoming environment. We provide on-the-job training, making this a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and those new to the field.

Available Schedules:

5:45am-1:45pm

6:30am-2pm

2:30pm-9pm

all schedules include a weekend rotation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with meal prep and tray service
• Serve meals according to dietary needs and portion guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support dishwashing and kitchen organization

Requirements:

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required, we will train!
• Knowledge of modified diets is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
