As a Chester County In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of seniors in your community.

About the Role:

As a companion, you will provide companionship and socialization to our clients, engaging in activities such as reminiscing, sharing mutual interests, and having good conversations. You will also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, running local errands, and preparing healthy meals. Additionally, you may drive clients to local appointments or social events and offer gentle medication reminders to give their families peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and socialization to elderly adults in their homes

• Offer gentle medication reminders and assistance with daily living activities

Requirements:

• Dependable, mature, and empathetic individual with a compassionate heart
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to learn new things
• Strong communication skills and deep empathy for the elderly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
