Part Time | 15–20 Hours Weekly + 1–2 Weekends Per Month

Pay Rate: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Flexible Part Time Schedule
Minimum requirement of 15–20 hours weekly
1–2 weekends per month required

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a Cath Lab, Procedure Lab, or similar setting
Knowledge of medical insurance verification and authorizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience managing multiple phone lines and scheduling appointments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
Assist patients with intake paperwork and forms
Prepare and organize patient charts prior to procedures
Upload and maintain documentation within the EMR system
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Address patient concerns and answer general questions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
