Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced CNA to join our Ventilator & Tracheostomy Unit at Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing in Douglasville, GA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex medical needs, utilizing your expertise in ventilator management and tracheostomy care to aid alongside the LPNs and RNs of the unit.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with all daily living needs (ADLs) 

• Take vital signs and help residents maintain mobility and comfort 

• Communicate clearly with nurses and families 

• Support infection control and resident safety standards 

• Make every day brighter for our residents 

Requirements: 

• Active Georgia CNA certification 

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude 

• Reliable transportation
