Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a collaborative skilled nursing environment, we'd love to meet you!

Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services that help our residents achieve their highest level of function.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments as outlined in the established plan of care.
Accurately document treatment sessions using Net Health electronic medical records.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition.
Educate residents and families on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
