Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administers Medication

• Organization of medical records for all patient interactions

• Maintaining a clean working environment

• Provide participants with evidence-based guidelines to teach them about health

  management ideas.

• Wound Care

• Valid work authorization

• Valid Physical

• Two Written Letters of Recommendation

• NYS Nursing License & Registration

• MMR Titer Results

• Valid CPR Certification

• Valid TB Test
