This position is with Olive Branch Home Care, which serves clients throughout Central New York, including Liverpool, Baldwinsville, North Syracuse, and Marcellus, NY. As a caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe and independent while providing companion home care in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support clients with medication management and administration

• Encourage and facilitate social interactions and activities to stimulate cognitive function and mental well-being

• Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with families and healthcare providers

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
