We are a skilled nursing facility located in Oak Grove, MO, dedicated to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As an integral part of our team, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Contract Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Contract Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Contract Nurse will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with ADLs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and attending physicians

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric setting preferred
