Job Summary

Maintenance Director is a key leader within our facility, responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our property. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our building, as well as the maintenance of our equipment and systems. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, and waste management
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve processes
