Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop targeted interventions

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on disease management, treatment options, and wellness strategies

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communications

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
