Starting at $17/hour, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

SCHEDULE

Four weekday shifts, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, plus a rotating Saturday shift, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM.

As a Client Services Representative, you help families navigate everything from a new puppy’s first visit to difficult decisions about a beloved companion. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and create calm makes a difference long before a pet enters the exam room.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Welcome clients and pets with warmth, and create a thoughtful experience from the first phone call through checkout.

- Schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, and keep the day organized as priorities change.

- Answer calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

- Help clients understand our services, preventive care recommendations, and financing options, connecting medical questions with the clinical team.

- Maintain accurate records and process invoices and payments carefully.

- Work closely with our medical, boarding, and grooming teams so clients receive clear, consistent communication.

WHO WILL THRIVE HERE

You enjoy helping people as much as you enjoy being around pets. You listen carefully, stay calm when several people need you at once, and follow through on the details. You are comfortable learning technology, asking questions, and supporting your teammates.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least one year of customer service experience

Helpful, but not required:

- Veterinary, medical, dental, or other healthcare experience

- Reception or hospitality experience

- Familiarity with ezyVet or other veterinary software and veterinary terminology
