About Us
Provive Wellness is a Scranton, PA outpatient practice dedicated to treating substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health conditions with compassionate, evidence-based care. We're building a team of clinicians who want to make a real difference in the Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) community.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced, master's-level therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) who brings deep clinical expertise to our Scranton clinic. In this senior role you'll carry an individual caseload, lead therapy groups, and work with some of our more complex and co-occurring cases. Your judgment and experience will also help strengthen the clinical team around you — through case consultation, informal mentoring, and modeling strong clinical practice — alongside our prescribers, case managers, and fellow therapists.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy to a caseload of patients with SUD and/or mental health diagnoses, including complex and co-occurring presentations

• Plan and lead therapy groups (e.g., process groups, psychoeducation, relapse prevention)

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans

• Offer case consultation and informal mentorship to newer clinicians

• Collaborate with prescribers and case managers for integrated, whole-person care

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and monitor patient progress

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field

• Active, independent, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania (please note: LSW, BCBA, and LAPC — provisional/associate-level licenses — do not qualify for this role)

• 5+ years of post-master's clinical experience

• Substantial experience treating SUD and/or co-occurring mental health conditions

• Confidence leading therapy groups as well as carrying an individual caseload

• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills, and an interest in supporting colleagues' growth
